An incredibly tangy, fun, fresh stir fry!
Ingredients
Serves 1
1/2 large tomato
1 large celery stalk
about one-third of a mango diced
a handful of spinach
1/2 large bell pepper diced
1/3 cup diced onion
1 tsp garlic
Sauce
1 heaping tsp tahini
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
a shake of ground ginger
red pepper flakes
How To
Mix up the sauce. Throw it with all of the veggies in a pan. Mix and mix until cooked. It's a stir-fry =P.
Serve with some kind of whole grain like brown rice as seen above! Garnish with some cashews or almonds and enjoy!
