Hi all thanks for visiting the permanent life!
I am 19 years old and spent the first 18 years of my life in an eastern suburb of Cleveland, OH. I am now a college sophomore at Beloit College. My major is health and society with a focus in fitness and nutrition and I have a minor in English. I came to declare this major through huge life changes I made in my freshman year that led to an absolute love of fitness, nutrition and wellness.
The goal of my blog is to share with you how to live a permanently healthy lifestyle with fun exceptions of course! I will try to show how to make healthy choices in a college environment, share workouts and fitness tips with you and of course try to educate you and myself through my classes!

I believe that in weight loss many programs and diets do not work because they are temporary fixes. When I set out on my weight loss and healthy living journey I new I had to change my lifestyle, PERMANENTLY.

ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and really like it! I have just moved to Cincinnati in January. I saw you are plannin to do the Cleveland half marathon and that's awesome! When I moved to Ohio, I was planning on running it... then I realized Ohio is actually pretty big and Cleveland is 4 hours away lol, so maybe I won't be running it!
I'm looking forward to catching up on some of your posts!
