Super easy afternoon snack, great salad topper and a healthy alternative to serve at a party! Great combo of protein, healthy fats and even a tiny but of veggies!
Protein Guacamole (for a single serving)
1/4 medium avocado
1/4 cup cottage cheese (fat free, 1% or 2% preferred)
2 tbsp salsa
Optional addition of hot sauce or red pepper flakes if more spiciness is wanted
