Fruity Fuel

Busy morning in a great way! PerMa and I hit up two grocery stores plus a produce stand that has been around for as long as I can remember and made away with great stuff for the week!

DSCI0111.JPG"Bruce's Produce" mostly local, all delicious! The womyn working there totally sold me on this

Apparently the bee farm is right up the road. She asked if I have pollen allergies (which I do very badly) and apparently this is the best homeopathic remedy! It's wildflower honey for those interested. She also said bee pollen is the best for tree allergies and brazilian pepper is the best to top fruit with.

I took hap-hazard grocery photos because I was dying to get out on a run! I can already see I missed some stuff so you'll see it through the week

I've turned PerMa onto oats and greek yogurt =).We both love plain, she's way more into the flavored than I am but I grabbed a few for myself too!

Fruit and veg (Florida avocado!)

Random assortment that didn't make it in with friends for the photos!

She's also turned onto dark chocolate! Not as dark as I prefer but still delicious!

Naturally More almond butter! I almost peed I was too excited! I had to try it immediately!

Pre-run snack! It's delicious for and naturally more fans out there! I had an amazing beach run! I want a long one (maybe 7 or 8?) tomorrow so I did 4.25 today

Splits

Mile 1- 10:27 (wasn't sure about the sand)

Mile 2- 9:53

Mile 3-9:37

Mile 4-9:34

Mile .25-2:16

I was very happy since I started so slow and haven't run in a few day!

I then power walked for about another 1/2 mile, did some push ups and strength with a resistance band and plan to foam roll a good deal this afternoon. But for now

Flatout wrap with hummus, jam, a scrambled egg and some greens. Plus mango and strawberries =D Love having the great fruit!

On the porch with a book for now, see you later!

Peace!
