Very sadly I ran out of hummus the other day =(. Instead of waiting to go to the store this weekend I utilized skills other than shopping to make an alternative dip!
Chili-Lime White Bean Dip
Ingredients
1 15 ounce can of white bean drained and rinsed
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp chili powder
Juice of 1/2 a medium lime
2 tsp olive oil
How To
Put everything in a food processor and combine until smooth. Taste and adjust spices to desired taste. I even ended up adding some garlic salt because I want to loose all of my friends =).
Keeps nicely in the newly empty hummus container! Enjoy!
