WHY?? Ah well, at least I have stuff to do inside today... and Spring will come eventually... or at least Spring break will!
Last night for a snack a had some apple slices with some PB2 sauce and faux marshmallow fluff as a weekend treat!
Even with the weather I woke up wanting another yogurt bowl
In the mix this morning
2/3 cup plain non-fat greek
raw oats and brown sugar oatmeal squares ~1/3 cup each
4 dried apricots chopped
~2 tsp sunflower seeds
~1 tbsp PB (not my favorite kind, it's just the plain, creamy whole foods brand but it's almost gone and I would love some OOIAJ!)
Drizzle of honey
Great mix yet again! But what made it really great was the warmth in the form of
My new coffee from yesterday! "Angle's Kiss". First tastes like chocolate and then coconut. With a little skim milk and a stevia packet I cannot even describe. All I can say is I'm sorry that this is not available to you friends but if you can find something similar pick it up!
The second thing I believe making my breakfast so great is new greek yogurt I found at Wal-Mart the other week.
Has anyone else seen or had this? It's really good! I think better than Oikos and almost tied with Chobani! Something about it is a little sweeter than the others and still amazingly think and creamy, grab some if you get the chance!
Alright friends the agenda for the day is laundry, cleaning, studying, yoga, maybe some summer job searching and work late tonight (BOO). Have a great relaxing Sunday!

Favorite brand of greek yogurt?
When's your Spring break and what do you have planned?
Caitlin, can I ask you a question? Where did you find that white spoon in your pics?? It's adorable! I haven't seen the Athenos Greek yogurt, but I will make a point of looking for it. I think my favorite Greek yogurt to date is Fage. It's a tad bit more expensive than Chobani, but in my opinion it's worth it. The 2% taste like ice cream.
